基板存放與儲存
■基板平放在干燥環境中.
■內層芯板棕化或黑化處理后如果在 24 小時內未進行壓合需在 100-120℃條件下最小烘烤 1 小時才能進入下工序.
Laminate Handling and Storage
■Laminate should be stored in a dry environment and always stored flat.
■Inner layers should be baked for at least 1 hour 100-120℃,if inner layers are not used within 24 hours after black or
brown oxides treatment.
